ANDRITZ SYNERGYTM* Service is a long-term service contract for process installations, a certain mill area or the entire mill. The core of ANDRITZ SYNERGY service contracts is process and installation competence, in collaboration with customer experts, in order to achieve customer objectives. Each agreement is tailor-made and may contain different ANDRITZ products and know-how. Partnership agreements are essential business documents whose importance is difficult to overestimate. Whether your partner is essentially a stranger or a life friend, it is advisable to have a written partnership agreement. This EUSA Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EUSA Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The provisions which, by their nature, remain and which remain, shall be maintained with each denunciation of this agreement. Many biological or chemical agents interact in combination and produce a synergistic reaction that cannot be predicted due to individual effects. However, depending on the postulated zero hypothesis of non-interaction, one can find oneself in different interpretations of synergy. Two popular reference models for The Zero Hypothesis are the Bliss independence model and the Loewe additivity model, formulated from different angles. Over the past century, there has been an intensive debate about the adequacy of these synergy models, which are both theoretically justified and supported in practice by different schools of scientists.
