Management may not prohibit an owner or resident from installing accommodation for persons with disabilities on the house or on the land, land or space where the mobile home is located, including, but not limited to, ramps or handrails outside the house, as long as the installation of such facilities complies with the code established by an executing authority. and such devices shall be installed in accordance with an authorisation issued by the enforcement authority, if necessary for installation. Management may require that dwellings installed in accordance with this section be removed by the current owner of the park at the time of replacement of the mobile home or in accordance with a written agreement between the current owner and management before the end of the resale of the mobile home in the park. . . .
